Exchange & Return Policy

Home Like That adheres to the highest quality standards and takes great care in deliveries. In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the exchange policy.

Eligibility criteria for exchange:

  1. Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns/exchange/refund.
  2. Gifts purchased online are not eligible for exchange/refund/return. We, unfortunately, do not accept the exchange or return of discounted products.
  3. Unless a wrong/broken/damaged/poor condition piece has been shipped to the customer, in which case you are eligible for an exchange. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging and a request for exchange can be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Process:

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria above, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery via any of the following channels:

  3. For Damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.

Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:

In case of quality issue/defect:

  1. Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
  2. We will organise a reverse pick up, at no additional charges, from the address stated in your invoice.
  3. Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
  4. In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
  5. Our credit notes can be used on our website.

Refund Policy:

  1. If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece.
  2. In the rare instance we are unable to do so, we issue and email a credit note to the registered email address or the e-mail address used while making the purchase.
  3. The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed both online.
